If you don't have any web space, try a file hosting site like mp3space.com Upload it as a 16 bit 44.1 kHz wav file so that we have a good quality sample to work with, and chop it do...

Re: Audacity crashes on long recordings
There have been some posts that suggest that 32 bit Operating systems can run up against a 4 GB limit similar to the limit for WAV files (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WAV ). Re: 1.3.4 used to work. won't open. reinstalled-still won't

Re: Centre Isolation
I think that at least one of them has a demo version. Also, if you read what they say on the website, they are not just for vocals.

Re: slow down audio
Use Audacity 1.3.x (beta) - there are a number of tool that may help, including "Change Tempo" and "Change Speed" effects, the "Transcription Toolbar", and "Tempo Track".

Re: Recording from a USB LP player
Make sure that the USB turntable is plugged in and recognised by Windows before you open Audacity (look for the USB icon in the sys tray) Open Audacity and go to "Edit > Preferences >Audio I/O" (short cut key CTRL+P) Set the Recording device to the USB turntable and the Playback device to ...

Re: All Sound went off after using Audacity?
Check the Windows Mixer (loudspeaker icon near the clock) and make sure that you've not got something muted.
