Uninstall that program and try Audacity again when the screaming bee stuff is completely removed.

As for the cause of the crash - check that MP3, is it really an mp3 or some other format with an mp3 extension?

Without a driver (that works on your OS) for the Sony device, it is not usable on your PC.
