Many MP3 players support "Play Lists" which are usually just text files that list a series of audio files so that when you open the play list in your mp3 player, it will automatically play all the listed files in order. It may be worth looking to see if your mp3 player supports play lists ...

In Audacity 1.3.5 you can switch to the "Spectrum" view of the track (click on the track name for the drop down menu with this option). The spectrum view can sometimes show up pops and clicks as red vertical lines.

Have a look in "Edit > Preferences > Audio I/O" and check that Audacity is set to record "Channels: 2 (stereo)"

How about the in-built Equalization? With it set to "Graphic Eq" you get 11 bands. With it set to "Draw curves" you have effectively got unlimited bands.rowsdower wrote:was mainly interested in multi band EQ
