Re: unable to register

Audacity does not require "activating".
Fully functional versions of Audacity can be downloaded, for free, from the main Audacity web site.

Re: Audacity starting task box disappears

If you have JACK installed, try disabling it and see if Audacity will start.

Re: Playback is slower than original

Import each file onto its own track
Adjust their position along the time line using the "Time shift" tool (double headed arrow)
Export (the tracks will be mixed into a single track when you export).

You mean when you are using the "time shift" tool?

Re: HOW DO I GET CHANNEL 3 to be stereo?

If you pan one mono channel to the left and another to the right, then mix them, you will have a stereo track.
Tracks are mixed automatically when you Export, or you can do it manually, but the manual method depends on which version of Audacity you are using.

Re: i really need help with this

For a Dalek, use a "ring modulator" against a frequency of about 30 Hz (LADSPA plug-in "Ringmod wih LFO"), then add a bit of "Chorus" effect.

Sorry, I can't remember what Cybermen sound like.
