The custom tags may not be relevant. Do they appear at all in your media player when you open the exported file?

There will be an "Audacity" folder left over, either "C:\Program Files\Audacity" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity".
There will also be a setting folder: "C:\Users\<your user name>\Application Data\audacity"

It's the correct way to do it with Audacity.

Set the "Percent Change" to 2.564
The result will be to very slightly speed up the recording (from 78 rpm to 80 rpm).
