RealTek are a bit of a special case - rather than using a standard sound card interface they have their own control panel. Look for an icon near the system clock. The most simple option, if available would be to do a system restore to a time before you installed Ableton Live. If that is not an option, you can download the USB Audio and MIDI drivers from here http://www.novationmusic.com/support/xio/ I would probably uninstall Ableton first, then test Audacity...
