Looks like you have found a workaround, but It would be useful if you are able to isolate what is causing the problem. Lame is not required for WAV Export, it is only required for MP3 Export.

I've just tested that out briefly but there seems to be a problem if you increase the "Amount of hum removed".

So you are saying that using a curve that is saved as a preset in the Equalizer triggering the problem?
but you can use the same shape curve, but not saved as an Equalizer preset, and it works OK?
