It sounds like the audio stream was intermittently interrupted.
If it's just a few, then the easiest way is to zoom in really close, select the silence precisely and delete it.

Re: Can't Hear when Software Playthrough is turned off
Does the USB device have a headphone socket? If it does, you can plug your headphones into that for monitoring the recording. If not, your best option may be to get a headphone splitter lead so that you can have both the computer and your headphones plugged into the keyboard at the same time.

Re: Data file disappeared
Not really. Audacity projects are usually very large and are not easy to transport. Do you really need the Audacity project or could they just Export an MP3 and send you that?proscommas wrote:Is this something they can send me via email?

Re: Audacity runs super-slow and crashes on me
What operating system?
Which exact version of Audacity?
What else is running at the same time as Audacity?
Is this a laptop or desktop computer?
What sort of sound card?
Anything else that might help?

Re: BJ Tremolo hz/BPM problem
Have you tried the Nyquist Tremelo plug-in? Although you don't get lots of decimal places when you use the slider to set the speed, you can enter multiple decimal places by typing the tempo in the text box. The Nyquist Tremelo effect is included as standard in Audacity 1.3.11

Re: Audacity Leaves Mac in Weird State

USB is not at that at the best of times, but if there is a chance that the USB stream can get interrupted by a...

Re: wav file names not showing on burned cd

If the project has not been closed, try "Undo" (from the Edit menu, or Ctrl+Z)
