The Zip version contains lame_enc.dll , it's just in a ZIP file. The lame_enc.dll file must be "extracted" (unzipped) before you can use it. The only advantage of the ZIP version over the .exe version is that you extract lame_enc.dll from the zip file manually, which makes it easy to put i...

Link does not work.

MP3 encoding will reduce the sound quality - WAV doesn't.
If you select a couple of seconds and "Export Selection" in WAV format, that will be sufficient.

One of the tasks was to put 15-frame handles on a specific piece of dialog. That just means 15 film frames worth of silent time before and after the cut. The supplied cut already has well over 15 frames of silence before and after, so I didn't have to add anything. New/improved feature in 1.3.12 ! ...
