Re: Stereo separation / stereo tracks with balanced audio

I am talking about working with Audacity to adhere to standards for mastering for music to be put on to LPs. You would do best to talk to the company that will be putting the music on LP for you. Some will happily use almost any format audio that you care to give them, whereas others will have stri...

Re: Download question

It may have been a temporary glitch on their server, but since you are here - yes I'd definitely recommend downloading the 1.3 version. Use the link I mentioned in my previous post.

Re: Will not change bitrate in a project.

If you are exporting as 16 bit WAV, then the exported file will be 16 bit wav. What's the problem? Why do you think it's exporting 32 bit files?

Re: export multiple to new folder

Was needing to choke back the speed on a Lite-On optical drive to cut down the failure rate. I was starting to wonder if the drive was beginning to wear out, but have switched to a different brand of CD (some cheap Maxell's) and now almost at the bottom of a tub of 100 with zero failures at full spe...

Re: .cwp & sonar

With the my point of view A .CWP file is known as a Cakewalk SONAR Project.... We have yet to investigate the CWP file extension any further, .CWP has been used by Cakewalk since way before "Sonar". If you want more information for your "database" you can look it up here: http:/...

Re: Error Opening Project...

Well it's a different problem - in this case Audacity can't find the data that belongs with the project, but the thing that says there is more to this story is the name of the folder that it can't find "Nardo Ranks Dem a bleach.aup.bak_data". So what's the story? You were recording somethi...
