If you mean "UCA-222", then yes, that's a very close relative of the UCA-202.
If you actually do mean "UCA22", I've no idea as I've never heard of that model.

Check in the Windows Sound settings that the Behringer device is set to operate at the same sample rate (preferably 44100) in both the Playback tab and the Recording Tab.
