Assuming that those are the same settings as when you made the latency test recording -

Set the "Latency Correction" to -228 (that's "minus" 228)

Then run the latency test again - hopefully it will be somewhere close.

Well it's not the way that I thought you'd done it, but glad that it has sorted out the problem for you.
