Uninstall Audacity 1.2
then re-install Audacity 1.3.12 as an administrator. (use the Windows .exe installer version for Windows 7 from here: http://audacityteam.org/download/beta_windows )

Try exporting as a WAV file.
Ensure that you have write permission to the destination.
Check that the file name that you are using is made of standard alpha-numeric characters.

I expect that the Mac people will be along shortly to say that you would be better to use Audacity 1.3.12

Thanks whomper, but doesn't really help without any technical information (or preferably a manual). The best I've found is a photo - but that's not much help either.

Where did the .bin files come from? Have they been "extracted" from a video format? ".BIN" is not a usual extension for audio files - not even for headerless raw audio data - if they are from a video format it may be possible to determine the correct format from the original fil...
