"Tracks menu > Add New > Mono / Stereo Track"
Then paste into the new track.

Alternatively, select the part that you want to duplicate, then "Ctrl + D" (or "Edit menu > Duplicate").

What are you trying to record from?

It has a built in speaker and a 1/8" output jack (headphones)...so....I would think that with an adapter, you could plug this into the 1/4" instrument input in an interface (such as the Behringer UMC202HD).

So you've got the ".aup" project file in your Documents folder, and the "_data" folder in you Downloads folder?
