Re: Attack Sustain Decay Release
You deserve a pint of beer!! Thank you, I'll have one later :) 1) I decided to normalize the audio files to 0 db before analyzing them to avoid differences coming from the possible striking power. Do you think it's right? Yes definitely or else your measurements will be all over the place, but I th...

Re: FUZZ BuStEr PLUG-IN
Thanks for another contribution dondiego929. I hope you don't mind if I make a few comments: I think that you will need to give some basic instructions if this plug-in is to be useful to anyone else. As it stands it is not at all clear what it does or how it should be used. Some reasonable default v...

Re: Multiple Voice Tracks
The way to do it IF it is supported by the Windows drivers for your sound card, is as follows (it's a big "IF" because many manufacturers only provide fully function ASIO drivers and only very basic support using Windows drivers, but Audacity does not ship with support for ASIO drivers bec...

Re: Sending users to our documentation
they are a quite gaudy colour if you hover over them They certainly stand out as links if you hover over them, but people will only hover over them if they realise that might be links. I think the underlining definitely makes them look more like links than without underlining, but on my monitor the...

Re: Problem on recording my voice
It should not make any difference which digital sound standard you use. It should not, but on Windows 7 it appears that quite often it does. This scenario has come up before and I think it is documented somewhere in the Windows 7 notes on the wiki (I'm about to go out so sorry I can't look it up ri...

Re: Multiple Voice Tracks
I'm a bit confused here. Are you saying that you CAN record multiple tracks simultaneously?J-Rod wrote:I can get multiple tracks. That's no problem.
