Re: Copying Audio - Basic question
When I copy audio from one project in to another the audio seems to be becoming distorted. I'm wondering why you need to copy audio from one project to another. The usual reasons that people do this is to either work around limitations in the 1.2 version of Audacity, or because they don't realise t...

Re: Edit options disabled
It sounds like Audacity may be having trouble importing the file and is getting stuck after the first 2 channels. Are you able to import and edit other files (normal stereo WAV files, or MP3 files)? The plug-in...

Re: Slow load after ASIO build (Windows 7)
I know that it's asking the obvious, but just in case it's been overlooked - I presume that you have ASIO drivers installed for your sound card and you have tested that they work correctly?

Re: help with audacity
No worries, but yes it is important, Vista and Win 7 can be a pain and take some "jiggling" to get things working correctly. On Vista (and Win 7) it can be necessary to get everything set up with exactly the same settings throughout the system to get things to work. Probably the most stand...

Re: Saving Imported Files after the Fact?
So long as the data can be found, "Check Dependencies" will suggest the option of copying dependant data into the project (into the _data folder).

No, I think it's written in C, but I know so little about C programming that I wouldn't know what to look for to find it.
