Yes - with some CD burning software you can use a cue sheet to set track marks for a single long audio file so that you get gapless playback of multiple CD tracks from the one audio track.

with a UCA 202 That's what I use with my laptop (with Audacity 1.3.12) - it's likely to be noticeably better than the RealTek. Probably worth having another go with that - you should be able to get it working by simply setting the record and playback device to USB (Edit menu > Preferences > Devices...

That will probably depend on what the CD writing program is. Some CD burning applications include a utility for generating Cue sheets. What "Quality" settings do you have - in Audacity AND in the Control Panel (Sounds section)? The Quality settings in Audacity are in "Edit menu > Preferences > Quality". For the settings in Windows 7 - I don't use Win 7, but there's some info here: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wi...
