This does not make sense.

You can record multiple tracks if they are vocal, but not if they are guitar?
How about if you start recording your voice, then throw in a couple of notes on your guitar? :?

What is different between recording guitar tracks and recording vocal tracks?
Are you using the same microphone for both guitar and vocals?

There is the Audacity plug in but it says it running on the audacity 1.2.6, does that mean i need that version to use the plug in? Or the sound card driver. I've seen some very strange things happen if recording is attempted at a sample rate that is not supported by the driver.
