Short MP3s (maximum size 1 MB) can be uploaded directly to the forum.
When you start writing a message, look below the compose window and there is an "Upload Attachment" tab.
Images in png, gif and jpeg format can be uploaded in the same way.
An MP3 would be more useful than an image.

For plug-ins to show up in Audacity 1.3.12 you need to put the plug-in into the Audacity Beta Unicode Plugin Folder.
Audacity needs to be restarted before the new plug-ins will show up.
Chris's compressor will be listed as "Compress dynamics..." in the Effect menu.
