I think that the version of Nyquist in Audacity 1.3.12 is Nyquist 3.03, or to be more precise, a sub-set of Nyquist 3.03 (a few parts of Nyquist are not included in Audacity)

What exactly are you trying to do? Why are you copying a track from one project to another? Perhaps there is an easier way of doing the same thing. Perhaps you could do the entire job in one project, or perhaps it would be easier to Export the track that you want to move, then Import it into the oth...

Why have you selected "What U Hear"? What are you trying to record?

Sorry, as far as I can tell your Audacity installation look fine. This problem should not be able to occur and I've no idea why or how it is happening.
