Are you describing a "buzz" like it is picking up an extra "buzz" sound from somewhere, or are you describing "massive overload distortion"?

I can't quite understand what you are asking. What listeners are listening to what? Are you getting an echo on your recording?

My guess is that you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 and the UCA-202 is set to mono in the Windows Control Panel
