After using Export Multiple you should have multiple files, one for each section that you marked with a label.

By default Audacity does not support ASIO. You must have standard Windows drivers installed (WDM) to use the device with Audacity.

I'm not totally clear what the question is, but it sounds like you need to enable "Overdub" which is near the bottom of the "Transport" menu.
