You could try Audacity 2.3.3 (it uses an older version of PortAudio)

There's clearly something about your setup that PortAudio does not like, but I don't know what it is. It doesn't help that I don't speak Swedish.

I didn't, but "Elgato Game Capture" is the only time that I've seen an Elgato device listed.
