It would have been easier to just disallow negative start numbers, but I kind of like it as an "unofficial bonus feature", so here's the fixed version

Audacity should not be using lame.exe, it should be using lame_enc.dll. See here for how to install lame. Thanks for testing it. Yes I'm aware that it can start numbering from a negative number, but it does not cause a problem, so I think that users should be allowed to do that if they want to.
