You've posted in the Audacity 1.2 part of the forum, but Audacity 1.2 does not have the Sync-Lock feature.
I presume that you mean Sync-lock in Audacity 1.3.13?

Have to say though, not particularly impressed with 1.3, seems to have given me more problems than I had before. If anybody has any better solutions or reasons as to why this happening would love to know as I feel I'm just working around it at the moment. Also, any plans to fix on the full release?...
