Then i discovered that MIDI device preferences is meant to say CoreMIDI and mine does not.

Testing with the current Audacity 2.4.2 on Catalina; Audacity only shows CoreMIDI if a MIDI device is connected to the computer.

Am I screwed with this file? Probably yes. I don't understand what the issue with the shared dll is in the above log. "FFmpeg" is an optional library that enables Audacity to support additional file types. It is not related to this problem. If I'm screwed and you've any idea what I did to...

I'm glad that you posted. In previous versions of Audacity the High / Low Pass filters could process longer selections than they can now, so this is a regression. I'll log it on the Audacity bug tracker. This should be fixed in the next Audacity release. For now, the limit for High / Low pass filte...

Does your project have any tracks with a sample rate of 32000? (look in the panel on the left end of the track)
What is the "Project Rate"? (Look near the bottom left corner of the main Audacity window)
