Re: Exporting to MP3 without certain tracks
I'm sorry but without a step by step description of your method I really can't "see" what you're doing wrong.

Re: Current tracks recording over a new track
Check your sound card settings. It's probably set to record from "Stereo Mix". You need to set it to record from the input that you're actually using (probably "Line in").

Re: Recording Drums
If you're after a natural acoustic sound from the kit you may not need to close mic the snare. Try one mic on the kick and a pair of overheads to pick up the rest. If you have a reasonably well balanced kit you should be able to adjust the position of the overheads so that they pick up everything. I...

Re: Behringer UGC102 delay and latency
You need to plug your headphones into the Guitar Link UCG102, not into your normal sound card.
In the Transport menu, de-select the "Software Playthrough" option.

The .dll files are for Windows.
One of the Mac people should be along shortly, but they will probably want to know exactly what files you copied and exactly where you copied them to.

Re: Can this sound pop be removed?
I presume you mean the weird "blip" just after 6.3 seconds? It sounds like that was a glitch in the BBC stream. There's no automatic way that I know of to get rid of that, but if you cut out the bad bit, then make a short cross-fade between the parts either side then you can get a pretty g...
Re: Echo
Wow, that's much worse than I imagined. I can't think of anything that can cause that much echo other than an intentional echo effect. The echo is precisely 170 ms with approximately 6 dB drop in level on each repeat. I'm still concerned about the phrase in the microphone description "Built-in ...
