Re: Click Track

Try upgrading to Audacity 1.3.13 (you can get it here: http://audacityteam.org/download/ )
If you still have the problem, please give details about what format you are exporting as, what program you are playing the exported file on, and which version of Windows you are using.

:D I like your honesty.

Did you tell Audacity to rescan for VSTs?

Re: Behringer PMP6000

Most powered subs have line level in and out connections. See connector 61 in the manual: Run the Insert "send" (ring of a stereo 1/4" jack) to your powered sub, and connect the line level output from the sub to the Insert "return" (tip of the stereo 1/4" jack). If you ...

Re: processing numerous files

We can probably help you to do that. In what way do you want to shorten the files? Do you want to trim a bit off the beginning? A bit trimmed off the end? Do you want them to play a bit faster? Edit a section out of the middle? If you have the original CD, you will get better sound quality by rippin...

Re: Volume problem - one track louder than other tracks?

If you still have each audio section on it's own Audacity track, then you can use the volume slider on the left end of the track to lower the volume of the loud track.

Re: audacity alpha freezes

Thanks for your perseverance, and for trying all of the suggestions. At this stage I'm unable to see any explanation for the problem. I'll see if anyone else has any ideas, otherwise it'll just have to be passed on to the developers as a bug. In the mean time, rather than using the Mixer Board, are ...

Re: Inaccuracy in Click Track

By the way I was a little surprised that Audacity does not run any kind of bugzilla site, where I could report my bug. Actually there is a Bugzilla site . The "Contact" page on the main Audacity website has a bug reporting section that provides an e-mail link, a link to this forum, links ...

Re: Repeatable Stuck Shift from a label track

Thanks Edgar - got it. What I'm seeing (or at least what I think I'm seeing - it's quite tricky to catch exactly what is happening), is that when tabbing from one label to the next, when there are a lot of labels close together so that I'm tabbing between off-screen labels, the track view jumps to t...
