Audacity projects are not really suitable for email. Generally it is better to export an MP3 file and send that.

and maybe three different tracks for the online browser-based synth (bass, rhythm, melody). You will have the same problem with any browser based synth as you did for the drums. Perhaps it would be worth considering a DAW app (digital audio workstation) that supports MIDI tracks and VST instruments...

The problem is that Windows has extremely limited abilities for routing sound. To record sound from a web browser you have to record "sounds playing through the computer" - that's "ALL" sounds playing through the computer. If the web browser is playing the kick/snare and Audacity...

A limitation of Macros in Audacity 2.4.2 is that after the Macro has run, track focus is always returned to the first track in the project. Setting track focus in a Macro does work within the Macro. What is your "Aggregate Device"? Do you need it? Is it being used by anything?
