Set the Project Rate (bottom left corner of the main Audacity window) to 44100 before you export, then export as WAV.

Once you have exported the final product and you're happy with it I see little point keeping the Audacity Project. I don't keep them.

You can't use USB microphones with a mixer unless they also have a normal (analogue) audio out connection like a conventional (non-USB) microphone. Recording from multiple USB devices is possible with Audacity on Mac OS X and on Linux but Windows does not have built in support for aggregate devices....

From what you have said so far, why not watch the YouTube video and listen through headphones if you need to hear it, and set Audacity to record from the microphone?
What have the other guys got to do with this?

The standard tone generator in Audacity is a built-in effect, not a Nyquist effect and it cannot be controlled by Nyquist. If you're using Audacity 1.2.x then there is a chance that you may have more success by upgrading to Audacity 1.3.13 which is available here: http://audacityteam.org/download/
