Remove the VST enabler thing, that's just for Audacity 1.2.x Audacity does not support all VSTs. In particular it does not support VSTi (VST instruments) and it does not support real time processing, so even if you get this working it will not have all the functionality of running it in a fully fled...

I re downloaded 1.3.10 and it is working beautifully, just like before. Be careful if you use "Export Multiple" or "Export Selection". Audacity 1.3.10 has a bug that causes the length of such exported files to be rounded to the nearest 5 second mark. This was fixed in Audacity 1...
