If you made a multi-track recording, then just mute the vocal track and Export.

Before you start exporting, open up the MetaData Editor (File menu) and enter the data that is common to all tracks.

I tried to upload the WAV from a lp that I recorded a few days ago but when Audacity loads the WAv from My Music, it is extremely short...like a few milliseconds.
