Are you trying to record something? If so, what?

What are you using for output?

Audacity on Windows only supports 32-bit plug-ins. The QuikQuak Crowd Chamber plugin appears to only be available as a 64-bit plug-in.

Your headphones should be plugged into the Focusrite and the Focusrite should be selected for both recording and playback in the Device Toolbar.

That symbol shows the "Sync-Lock" has been enabled. Turn it off in the "Tracks" menu.

If your computer has a "stereo line in", then you need to connect the cassette player "AUX out" to the computer "Line in".

I am having the same problem I think, Don't know if I can record with just a standard AUX cable plugged into my audio device to laptop.

Why do you think you are having the same problem?
