my settings are these , but audacity doesn't work in exclusive mode I can play an audio clip in audacity and in the same moment in foobar2000 and hear both different audio It would seem that your sound card drivers do not honour the "exclusive mode" setting in Windows Sound control panel....

As you can read on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WAV) WAV files are digital.

Aside from Host, they are not options in my pull down menus.

Post your "Audio device info" so that I can see what options your computer has.

Check in the Privacy settings and ensure that applications can access the microphone.

Also, ensure that you are not running any other audio apps (including Skype, Zoom, etc)

Set the Project Rate (lower left corner of the main Audacity window) to 44100.
In the Device Toolbar:
host: WASAPI
Recording: Speakers loopback
Playback: Speakers
