You probably have missing dependencies. For the big noises that are on one channel only you could copy audio from the other channel and paste it over the damaged channel. Have a look at "Plot Spectrum" (Analyze menu) and compare the two files. You could use the Equalization effect (Effect menu) to reduce that large peak, cut the...
