Re: Can't export a project file

You can Save the Audacity Project first, but that is not required.
For exporting to iTunes see here: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Samp ... _to_iTunes

Re: Submit your EQ Curves

I don't know what to do with this program once I've opened it as raw data in Audacity and gone to the page with the list of roll offs. Do you mean the "78-Eq-Generator" thing? If you just want to download and install some additional Eq curves you don't need that. That is a plug-in effect ...

Re: iTunes Match and Audacity

From a quick look on Google, peoples experience with correct matching seems to range from around 70% success (best) to about 0.5% (worst). Check the iTunes Match documentation to ensure that you are doing everything you can to help the system - check that you are using its preferred format, does add...

Re: Help in other languages

As I've said before I think a structural solution something like subdomains for each locale as part of a Wiki family are the way to go. As multi-language support in MediaWiki is only at the "proposal" stage (so the software is not likely to properly support multiple language versions any ...

Re: 1.26 Record Problem

Audacity 1.2.6 is obsolete. Audacity 2.0 is available here: http://audacityteam.org/download/ Set Audacity to record 1 channel mono. The sound will then come out of both speakers. For future reference, it is generally much easier to give constructive answers if we know what sort of computer you are ...

Re: Advice for a virgin recorder

There are lots of possible answers to this question, so here's one to kick off: 1) Carpet. Lots of it. Carpet the floor and walls - the more the better. Beg it, borrow it, get it from a house clearance. Basements typically have terrible acoustics and you'll probably need to get a lot of sound absorb...
