Re: Export Multiple: Time or Phase Shift or Pad
I've edited the screen shots so that the fit better on the forum page. I may have got "before" and "after" the wrong way round. When tracks are exported any "white space" at the beginning of the track is ignored. If that is the cause of the issue you can get round it by...

Re: Availability of Audacity 2 deb package for Ubuntu
That looks OK as far as I can tell.
If you go to the Audacity Help menu and click on "Audio Device Info" (you will need to wait a minute for the info to come up) what do you get there?

Re: What is this extra space at end of song?
All I can see in that image beyond 2:46 is empty space - nothing - which is normal. If you zoom out you will see that the empty space continues for hours. If you try playing "empty space" it should be totally silent because there is nothing there. I suspect that if you can hear a quiet &qu...

and the most stupids have probably clicked several times. :P Perhaps they are "hopeful" rather than "stupid". We all know that 95% of statistics are made up (including this one). I'm sure that you understand the German psyche better than I, but if you had a German manual subdoma...

Re: failure to record
You can check which inputs are enabled on your computer by looking in the Windows Recording settings (see here: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Mixer_Toolbar_Issues#vistacp ) Assuming that the input you are using is listed and active, then you just need to match up the "Recording (Input) Devi...
