CD quality WAV files are about 10 MB per minute.
(consider an audio CD that has a capacity of around 700 MB / 70 minutes).

I've raised this with the other forum staff.
The forum software does not support RSS by default, but it does support Atom feeds, so it's possible that we could enable that.
