Re: Same Changes To Multiple Audio Files At Once

Unfortunately Audacity cannot do that as a "batch" operation, though I think there are ways to accomplish the task a lot more quickly than doing one at a time. I need to change the "Project rate" to "8000" "Split Track to Mono" and "Export to .wav", ...

I cringe whenever I read that because invariably the problem is not the same. If it were the same problem then the same solution would fix it.
Please start a new topic and give full details of your system, version of Audacity and exactly what is happening when.

Re: Audacity 2.0.0 and MP3Gain

MP3Gain is a standalone program. It has nothing to do with Audacity.

Re: Audacity et Skype

I don't think that you need the "skype" lines in .asoundrc If you comment out those lines, can you still get Skype to work with Pulse? Set Audacity to use "default" or "pulse" as the recording input and playback output. Use Pulse Audio Volume Control (pavucontrol) to ad...

Re: no guitar sound

I downloaded the combo box etc that came with the UCG. Would I have to remove that from the comp. I get guitar sound with tha...

Re: Beats with reverse echo.. Why?

Re: no guitar sound

Try adjusting the guitar gain switch (marked "5" in the manual page 10).
Ensure that the playback level from the computer is not too loud (you can probably turn that down in Audacity - if not, use the computer system sound controls.)
