Yes, it has a Preview button.

Try connecting the microphone before you launch Audacity.
If you start Audacity first you will need to "Rescan Audio Devices" (Transport menu).

Audacity can make a voice recording play faster/slower or higher/lower. It can increase/decrease the bass and/or treble frequencies, it can add a wobble to the voice and all manner of strange effects. What it can't do is to change the character of the voice. I'm not aware of any programs that can do...

MIDI is not audio.

To record the sound (audio) of the keyboard in Audacity you will need to either connect an audio output from the keyboard to your computer sound card, or use a microphone to record the sound from your keyboard.

Adjust the levels on the INNkeeper to get as clear a recording as possible.
