Do you have the .AUP file and the _data folder in the same directory?

Have you renamed the _data folders to 17_data and 19_data respectively?

If there is a problem, DO NOT use "Save" to save the project - it will overwrite the original.

Which side of the recording are you trying to get in good quality? Your side of the conversation, or the other person?
How are you recording it?

I don't think that there's anything "broken". Audacity is recording correctly and you're getting a good signal level and a full sound spectrum so there is nothing drastically wrong. There is a bit of interference, but considering that the t.bone USB 1G costs less than an average instrument...

Audacity does not support video, but if you also install FFMpeg you may (depending on the type of video file) be able to import the audio component of the video file.
