Re: Audacity won't start anymore.
I have given all I can. Why can't you say what you were recording with, is it a secret? Did you borrow your dads USB turntable without asking? Windows 7 64-bit? Windows XP? Windows 95? Windows 8? Laptop or desktop computer? Internal sound card or USB sound card? I'm sure there's got to be a bit mor...

If you can't uninstall it, just delete it from the Program Files folde...

Re: M3: Measure Label-er

Stereo sounds are arrays, system variables are stored in an array, and arrays are one of the fundamental ways of accessing sounds. You may be pleased to ...

Re: Tips for Aligning Tracks
As an example of one way to do that; lets say that I want to align these two tracks so that the fades and the rectangular bits line up correctly. The beginning sections are different lengths. tracks000.png There is an easily identifiable "event" which is the start of the rectangular sectio...

It's difficult to tell for sure what is going on in that second recording, so I was "best guessing".
When you listened to each track individually (before mixing them), did they both sound OK, or did one sound noticeably too fast with clicks and/or jitters?
