You could generate a very high frequency sine wave at a fairly low level. "Generate > Tone" If you're using a sample rate of 44100 or 48000 Hz, try generating a tone at around 18000 Hz amplitude 0.05. That will be virtually inaudible unless you have exceptional hearing or your audio playba...

Perhaps your microphone (if you're using a microphone) is picking up sound from your computer speakers (if you have speakers connected and turned on), or it could be something else - you've not given much information to go on.

Longer answer: first you fill in the missing pieces - why do you want to record sounds playing on the computer with your headset plugged in? What are you trying to do?
