Re: need to remove silence at end via script
However, would "truncate only start and end" be a useful addition to the shipped "Truncate Silence"? +1 . The only change that it would need in the GUI would be one or two check boxes: Only from start [ X ] and/or only from end [ X ] of selection. (default off) or Only from ends...

Re: emails
Record yourself, and export the recording in MP3 format to keep the size down. Create a normal e-mail containing words such as: "Hi sweetheart / Dear Sir / Hello Mum .... please listen to the audio message attached". Add the MP3 as an attachment and send it. Tip: Make the recording in mono...

I've removed your e-mail address as posting your e-mail address on a public forum is a really good way to get bombarded with e-mail spam. (also we do not offer e-mail support). Re: Chapters in audio files like m4a
Audiobook Maker appears to also support chapters. http://audiobookmaker.sourceforge.net/ One thing that these programs ll have in common is "Apple", which is possibly something to do with iTunes chapter marks being an Apple format. See also this post: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopi...

Re: Chorus Effect
Here's a version with a "Voice Variance" control. Depending on the source material and the other settings the effect of this control can be quite subtle or can produce a more "complex" and less "mechanical" effect. Is it worth the extra control in the interface? I've al...
