Can you try that same file on one of the other computers (not the ones with very little disk space).

I doubt that Audacity can help you.
.RAX files are DRM protected.
If you have a license for the files you may be able to create an audio CD of them with Windows Media Player, then rip that CD to the format that you require.

Well there's a couple of your machines that are definitely low on disk space. 2 hours of audio is likely to expand to around 3 GB of audio data.
So are you seeing the same problem on all machines?

Why don't you record your voice in FRAPS rather than trying to run two audio recording applications simultaneously on the same machine?
