Windows Media Player does not support Audacity labels (and never has).
"Export Multiple" allows you to export a labelled track as multiple files. If you look in the location where you exported you should see those multiple files. Can you see them?

The first thing to check is that the Windows sound "enhancements" are turned off:

Sorry, there's not much that you can do with that recording because the quality is bad beyond repair.
Perhaps if you gave a detailed description of what equipment you are using and how you have it set up, we may be able to suggests ways to improve the recording quality.

Instead I see a boz with "MME" in it and then another box with "Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output" and still another box with " SoundMax HD: Audio: Line In" and finally a box which says "2 (Stereo) Input Ch:" That is the Device Toolbar. Audacity runs on Windows...

To make more room for the waveform you could hide some of the toolbars.

High pitched interference can be caused by laptop power supplies.
Try making a recording with the laptop running on batteries and see if that is any better.

I've put vst-bridge.dll into C:Program Files (x86)AudacityPlug-Ins and still Audacity scanns for VST plugins The VST bridge is for old versions of Audacity and should not be installed for Audacity 2.x.
