Re: Move a label and audio

My "real world" use case was that I had a dozen (similar length) labelled audio clips. I wanted to rearrange the audio clips and their corresponding labels into a different order. It would have been dead easy if I could have moved the audio clip and its label together, but instead, the onl...

Re: Cross Fade In / Out (upgrade?)

how does this relate to your other plugin Cross-fade-classic (which I find works very well - and is simple to use)? These fades could be used in a new version of Cross-Fade-Classic. Generally I prefer the sound of a crossfade made with these fade types than what Cross-Fade-Classic currently uses or...

Re: Cross Fade In / Out (upgrade?)

You probably won't like my answer I asked for opinions so I'm perfectly happy (delighted) to hear anyone's opinion. :) I prefer a linear cross fade because I often like to lose a little volume in the transition. That would be very useful. Thanks.

The quick and easy way to restore default settings in Audacity is to delete the file:
~/.audacity-data/audacity.cfg

That's the point. When I tried it on XP it was very insistent on "upgrading" to Freecorder 4 along with its other payload.

Re: Audacity records at wrong clock rate

Can we keep on topic please.
I'm trying to help Andrew4096 and it is very confusing to throw in discussions about feature requests or a partial picture of what is happening on another machine.
