We don't have an M-Audio Ozonic.
We do not provide technical support for M-Audio, they have their own technical support. Please refer to the links in this post:

Re: Looping a song wihout the intro
Rather than pasting lots of times there is an effect called "Repeat" that can do multiple pastes in one go (Edit menu, about 20 places down the list), To avoid the "Click" you need to select the "loop point" carefully and precisely. There are some tips for how to select...

Re: Newbie Question - Do I need an external ADC?
State of the art audio ADCs are up to 24 bit (of which the lsb is garbage).
Top of the range professional studio ADCs are "only" 24 bit.

Re: System sound crashes on Audacity start
It's perhaps a long shot, but one thing that I found on the Internet was a suggestion that exclamation marks "!" could be the problem, In both asound-pulse.conf and .asoundrc I notice that there are exclamation marks. Make backup copies of these files and then try with the ! characters del...

Re: Splitted output
What I was suggesting was that if you don't have $$$$$$$$ for buying hardware, you may be able to play your composition on software MIDI synthesizers or Samplers running on a group of (inexpensive/old) computers. If you are not familiar with MIDI then this is probably not a useful suggestion unless ...

Re: Newbie - Help needed in removing Backgrond/Noise/Pops/
Please don't double post - there's a limited number of people that help out here.
Unfortunately we can't help with that audio sample - it is damaged beyond repair.
What equipment are you recording with?

A proper "Limiter" effect
"Hard Limiter" is a wave-shaping effect not a real "limiter". All it actually does is to apply "clipping", scale the chopped of peaks a bit smaller and stick them back on. "Leveller" is no substitute for a limiter. "Compressor" does not have a limite...

Re: Cannot Remove Vocal from a Song
"Very Precise" is not close enough for the cancellation to work. The vocal waveform has to match exactly . This is a short section from around 23 seconds where there is only voice. Even with the wavefoms synchronised perfectly and the amplitude adjusted to be precisely the same, you can se...

Re: too much bass! :(
The easiest way to reduce bass is probably this plug-in: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 43#p113943
If that does not fix the problem then the problem is not just too much bass and we will need to see a short audio sample to find what the problem is.
