Re: Can't Play WAV exported file from Auadaciy
it gave me an error message saying the audio was muted, the same error message should come up on Multiple Export. Yes I agree. The issue is already noted as a bug and is in the "Release Notes" that are included with Audacity (one of the bits that no-one reads during the installation ;)) E...

Re: Where is the GVerb relative code ?
The source code for GVerb is available from http://plugin.org.uk/ GVerb is a LADSPA plug-in. http://www.ladspa.org/ Most of the support files are in the Audacity source: src/effects/ladspa As GVerb and a couple of other LADSPA plug-ins have been ported to Windows, there is some additional Windows sp...

Re: Vista-style folder picker for Export Multiple
What does this add that the current folder picker does not have?
Is it that it is setting a default location for, and only for "Export Multiple"?

What happens if you use "File > Export" and export it as one WAV file? Does that play?

Re: Can't Play WAV exported file from Auadaciy
Good :) You will need to export the WAV files again, but I'm wondering what went wrong the first time. Check that you have sufficient disk space in the location that you are writing to. Don't export to an external drive. Check the instructions here for splitting a track using Export Multiple: http:/...

Re: Can't Play WAV exported file from Auadaciy
The problem is that there is no audio.
That WAV file consists only of the file header (106 bytes) but there is no actual audio.
Does the Audacity Project still play OK?

Re: Can't Play WAV exported file from Auadaciy
That shouldn't be a problem. WMP should just ignore metadata in WAV files.edhawley wrote: Could it have something to do with the Metadata,
Could you make a short test file in Audacity, just 4 or 5 seconds, and see if WMP will open that, If it doesn't please post it here so we can take a look.

Right click on one of the exported WAV files and select "Properties". What does that tell you about the file?

Re: Can't Play WAV exported file from Auadaciy
Check the "Project Rate" in the lower corner of the main Audacity window and set that to 44100 before you export.
