If you Save a project, even an empty project, then from that time on Audacity will write all of its data into the project _data folder and not into the temp folder. So if you want to save all of the temp data, use "Save As" from the file menu as your first step. You will then have a _data ...

I don't know that Noise Removal is available as a batch (Chain) process. Yes, Noise Removal is available as a batch process, but importing RAW data isn't. Use the Time Shift tool to slide the new piece into the correct time alignment', then delete the old part that you no longer want.
